Out of the fog, back to your family.

We are addiction counsellors in Mumbai who have lived through addiction ourselves and found a way out. For 25+ years we've helped addicts and their families navigate the hardest part — before rehab, after rehab, and every difficult month in between.

Why families call us

Not doctors. Not a rehab. People who have actually been there.

We are Mumbai-based counsellors who once lived inside addiction ourselves — and found a way to a drug and alcohol-free life. That's the difference we bring: we don't just study addiction, we recognise it, because we've walked through it and out the other side.

01

We recognise denial

Addicts try to convince their families — and themselves — that things don't need to change. We've made that same argument. We know how to see past it.

02

We fill the gap after rehab

Most relapse happens in the first three months after treatment, when the addict hasn't yet bonded with a local recovering community. We stand in that gap.

03

We work with the whole family

Addiction rarely affects just one person. We support parents, spouses and children through codependency, communication and rebuilding trust.

Signs to watch for

If something feels different about someone you love, trust that instinct.

Addiction rarely announces itself. It shows up as small, repeated changes — and families are often the first to notice, long before they have the words for it.

  • Disappearing frequently, or long unexplained absences
  • Money problems that don't add up — missing funds, a nil bank balance
  • Withdrawing from family, friends, and things they used to enjoy
  • Mood swings, secrecy, or a sudden need for privacy

How we help

Support that continues after the treatment centre door closes.

For the addict

On-site consultation, help identifying the stage of addiction, referrals to rehab or psychiatric care where needed, and ongoing 12-step-based support once treatment is complete.

For the family

Help with codependency, relapse-prevention strategy, rebuilding family relationships, and stress-reduction skills for the people closest to the addict.
